Trace Heating

Trace heating is a non-intrusive and effective means of heating. It offers a variety of useful applications - to either maintain a specific temperature and /or protect from freezing. The process can:

  • be applied as underfloor heating
  • be applied as a method of hot water distribution
  • protect ramps, access-ways, pipes, tanks, roofs and gutters from frost
  • be used in process temperature maintenance (to maintain the temperature of a substance inside tanks or pipes)

Trace heating systems can be designed to suit any required situation - from domestic applications to commercial and industrial processes, through to hazardous area applications.

Falcon offers a full turnkey package including a free, no-obligation design and estimating service. As an independent company, Falcon can select products can be selected from the full range of manufacturers currently operating in the marketplace.

Heaters can be supplied for both 110 Volt and 240 Volt systems.
Heating elements are available in a variety of formats from traditional tapes and heating mats to more innovative drum heaters.

From conception and initial consultation to design, supply, installation, thermal insulation and commissioning, Falcon will handle the entire project - as well as maintenance.
