Opened in 2025 and covering over 550,000 square ft the warehouse located in Glasgow is one of the largest of its kind in the UK.
Falcon carried out an energy efficient LED lighting installation works in line with the clients’ requirements with in the warehousing racking facility.
The scope of works incorporated a new lighting busbar and
energy efficient Holophane LED lighting system. In addition, the system incorporated an integrated emergency lighting facility.
At almost 25m high, the bulk of the works were all carried out using specialist electric MEWP scissor lifts to gain access between the warehouse racking systems.
Our team of our fully IPAF trained operatives were deployed
to use the access equipment and to ensure that the works were done to safest of standards.
Falcon fully managed the project in-house from start to finish and the works were completed within the agreed timescales and budgets allocated.
Following completion of the installation, our team worked alongside Holophane Lighting who fully programmed and commissioned the system to ensure maximum efficiency and control of the lighting to meet the clients’ requirements.
