AYR RACECOURSE WESTERN HOUSE HOTEL – ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CONDITION REPORT & THERMAL IMAGING SURVEY

It has been recognised for many awards including the Scottish Hotel of the year and wedding venue of the year. It goes without saying that it is well maintained property that caters for some very important occasions.

Keeping this in mind the hotel also have a duty to ensure the overall safety of the hotel guests and ensuring that the electrical installation is kept safe and free from any potential dangers that could disrupt these important occasions. Thus said, it was vital that a competent and reliable contractor would have to be appointed to carry out the routine fixed wiring inspection and testing.

Falcon were then given the task to carry out the fixed wiring inspection and testing and thermal imaging survey for the entire hotel.

The works had to be done whilst the hotel was in full operation so it was important that minimal disruption would be caused to the guests and personnel within the hotel and that all works would be carried out by our engineers in a discreet and professional manner.

The operation went very successfully and upon completion a full detailed Electrical Installation Condition Report was submitted to the client detailing the hundreds of circuits that were tested and their condition.

We look forward to our short stay at the hotel again with a view to carrying out the next Electrical Installation Condition Report in the future.
