LV Switchgear and electrical power distribution is at the forefront of Falcon Electrical, with each individual project being assigned an engineer to ensure that the bespoke panel designed best suits the clients’ requirements. From supplying power across a multi tenancy office block to a full manufacturing plant substation, we have the experience spanning four decades and the facilities to provide a solution.
There are numerous options for the panel which the engineer will need to determine to make best use of the space provided in the proposed switchroom. To achieve this our engineers will work alongside the client to establish if there are any factors that need to be considered in the panel design. A site survey may be carried out to ensure that the split sections of the switchgear are suitably sized for the install process, and to check the incoming/outgoing cable location and sizes for glanding and connection chambers. Using this information, the engineer will work with our CAD department to produce drawings that suit all of the clients’ requirements, and once the client is happy with the layout and drawing approval is given we can begin the manufacturing process.

We are also capable of incorporating power factor correction units within the panel, have a PLC engineer who can produce PLC/Scada interfacing controls, and will fit thermal imaging barriers to sections if required
